2.Rotor finishing:
Fine grinding the outer circle of the rotor to improve surface finish and accuracy.Cleaning the rotor to remove oil and impurities generated during processing.Deburring the rotor tooth grooves to prevent noise and wear during operation.
1.Stator grinding:
Hone the inner hole of the stator to improve surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
2.Stator ultrasonic cleaning:
Cleaning the stator to remove oil and impurities generated during the winding process.
3.Stator inner insp:
Use the core rod to detect the size and shape of the stator inner hole to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
4.Assemble skeleton insulation
Install skeleton insulation inside the stator to prevent coil short circuit and leakage.
5.Stator winding:
Wind the coil in the stator slot to form an electromagnetic field.During the winding process, the number of coil turns, wire diameter and arrangement must be strictly controlled to ensure electromagnetic performance.
6.Welding circuit board:
Weld the control circuit board to the stator or motor housing for external control.
7. Welding motor lead wire:
Weld the motor lead wire to the coil to ensure reliable electrical connection.
8.Stator comprehensive test:
Conduct electrical performance tests on the stator, including resistance, insulation resistance, inductance, etc., to ensure that the performance meets the standards.

2.Install wave pads:

4.Install the front cover and screw it:
Install the front cover and tighten the screws to ensure sealing and fixation.
5.Magnetization:
Magnetize the motor to form the required magnetic field.
6. Mount the lead wire cover block:
Install the wire block to fix the motor lead wire to prevent loosening.
Whole machine inspection:
Inspect the assembled stepper motor, including electrical performance, mechanical performance, noise, vibration, etc., to ensure that all indicators meet the design requirements.
Nameplate and packaging:
Affix a nameplate to the motor housing, marking the model, specifications, production date and other information.Pack the motor to prevent damage during transportation.
